Our Graduate Programme seeks to connect talented Graduates with an opportunity to explore their passions whilst growing their skill set. It is a chance to prepare for the step into Management, to form part of our internal talent and succession plans and to create the bright future you deserve!

Graduates - What to expect
STEP 1: Apply online
  • Visit our Graduate Careers Page 
  • Click to the Apply button to submit your application 
  • You will receive a confirmation of your application to our Graduate Programme
STEP 2: Selection and Interviews 

Once you are shortlisted to participate in our exciting Graduate Programme, you will receive a phone call from our Recruitment Team. 

The Recruitment Team will conduct a telephone interview with you as part of the pre-selection process. If you are successful in the telephone interview, you will be invited to an in-person interview

STEP 3: Assessments 

If you are successful in the interview process, you will be required to complete an assessment which is the final step in the recruitment process. 

Further details regarding the assessment will be provided to you upon reaching the assessment phase.
